Originally from Wales UK, Nicky has a 20-year career history of operating at a senior level in Operations as well as HR, holding Director/Executive positions with UK based and International companies in a variety of industries; hotel and catering, healthcare, communications, executive coaching & leadership development, and various entrepreneurial enterprises.
Nicky has lived and worked in many different countries and co-designed a life of delivering to her purpose, traveling and sailing her boat, and practicing what she teaches.
Drawing on all of these experiences, she and her team help people master themselves, and become inspired leaders of others.
